Introduction: presentation of the ESC teams and Keep Dreaming projects

Keep Dreaming project aims to enhance the social participation and volunteering experience of young people through the improvement of their mental health. This project seeks to empower and motivate young people to play a crucial role in their personal development and foster effective civic engagement. As part of the project, nine European Solidarity Corps participants recorded a podcast about mental health. In three episodes, they discuss the challenges of asking for help and raising mental health awareness, and explore how meditation, art, and sports can positively influence and support mental well-being through personal stories and practical insights.
