Introduction to «The breathing body»

from The Soft Rebellion Podcast · host Flurina Thali

Thank you for being here! This podcast invites you to journey through conversations which share the fascination of the physical matter we inhabit: the breathing body. These conversations explore its inherent intelligence, movement and healing. I am talking to people from various fields of research and practice such as osteopathy, dance, somatic practices, anatomy and embryology, spirituality and many more. Would you like to learn about our miraculous bodies and be inspired in many new ways? Then this podcast is for you! My name is Flurina and I am the host of this podcast. I am an osteopath with a background in dance and yoga and based in London where I practice, lecture and research. In this episode I would like to tell you a bit more about myself and share with you what journey led me to launch this podcast and what it is all about. To leave any comments and to get in touch with me, follow me on Facebook or instagram, or visit my webpage www.flurinathali.com Credits: Intro/outro music – ‘Hymn for Jim’ by Aspyrian: Robin Porter – saxophone, Jack Gillen – guitar, Matt Parkinson – drums, composed by Robin Porter.
