Introversion and Confidence

from No Room For Doubt

I want to talk about confidence and being introverted. In my work as a coach, I attract a lot of people who identify as introverted, shy, reserved, quiet... which is why I wanted to share with you how you can create confidence regardless of your introverted nature.Being introverted and being confident are qualities that we don’t often put in the same sentence, we think that those two are the opposites. Many of you tell me that you don't go all-in in your launches and your goals because you are introverted and that this personality trait stops you from taking specific actions. Today, we’ll talk about what personality really is, our interpretation of reality, how the brain works, and how it affects our behaviour and actions. I will also ‘introduce’ you to my mentor, Dr. Joe Dispenza!I’m super excited to share with you my column, check out my articles here: https://livewellby.com/spirituality/not-only-for-the-rich-we-need-to-talk-about-manifesting/Connect with Kira at @kiratheboldWanna work together?
