Introvert Life with NB - Why do we Overthink
from The Betar Project · host Nick Betar
Why do introverts overthink? Probably because our brains are busier than a stadium on game day. We have all done it even you extroverts but studies show Introverts process more information per second than extroverts, which helps explain why we “quiet ones” overthink. I'm going to share 6 tips when it comes to overthinking and slowing the mind down. 1. Write it down 2. Take a walk - exercise - breathe 3. Shock the system cold shower - or say something out loud 'Stop' or 'Be Present' - brain listens to loudest voice 4. Talk to someone - express what's going on - remember ask permission 5. Take action 6. Don't be hard on yourself we are only human Hope you enjoy and gain value, if you do please remember to like, share and subscribe. Also if you have any specific topics you want me to cover let me know and I will do it.Support the showConnect with Nick:Instagram TikTok YouTube
