We describe being introverted men in society and outline some of the personal issues we have faced with being "introverts". Jama defines the term Ambivert - a term in which there is a perfect balance of introverted and extroverted social skills in an individual - and explains why this is a societal myth. We come to the conclusion that there is a social spectrum that we are all trying to achieve a balance in, when trying to better our social skills.
