Intruder Alert!

"Intruder Alert!" is a Dharma talk offered at Two Hands Sangha about intrusive thoughts. Those strange, sudden, unwanted flashes the mind throws at us that can feel scary, shameful, or completely out of character. The Buddha understood this long before psychology named it. These thoughts aren’t signs of who we are, they’re simply impermanent, conditioned events that come and go on their own.
