Invasion of the Ballot Snatchers

The electoral process in California is currently in disarray. Because the state lacks voter I.D. requirements and permits mail-in voting, officials are unable to provide a timely vote count, even though five days have passed since the election. Furthermore, the reliance on mail-in ballots creates opportunities for election fraud through the use of deceased individuals' names and fraudulent addresses.
