Inverness to the Cayman Islands - Charlie Hume from The Malt Room

It's not a well trodden path but Charlie Hume and others from The Malt Room will be venturing over to the Western Caribbean from Inverness to open up a whisky bar in Cayman. Charle had some incredible stories and drams to share with us when he came in a few weeks ago. We talked about his journey into whisky and the amazing adventure he's about to embark on.
