Earlier in his career, Doug served as the Chairman and CEO of Sylvan Learning Systems, which was the largest K-12 tutoring company in North America serving more than 200,000 students. Doug has served on many non-profit boards and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Johns Hopkins Medicine, Johns Hopkins Medicine International and the International Youth Foundation.
