I need to look for ways to invest in broken or strained relationships. (v.1) I need to intentionally invest in relationships as a steward of God’s resources. (v.2) My investments will lead to mutual joy and Gospel partnership. (vv.3-4) A Promise to Hold: God can turn my heart through my resources. A Measurement to Observe: My resources reveal my priorities. A Truth to Know: My future opportunities depend on my present stewardship. An Attitude to Develop: Cheerfulness, not compulsion, is the heart of steward.
