Dan Michaels is managing partner of Stockdale Capital Partners, and he’s leading a major growth initiative for the L.A.-based private investor.Recent highlights include the closing of a $700 million opportunity fund, the firm’s first multifamily investment, and new offices in Dallas and New York City.
