Det er det eneste, der ikke må ske her, ” siger han i Børsens Investor Podcast.DSV er ifølge Bloomberg News med i opløbet om tyske DB Schenker. Ifølge Bloomberg har DSV angiveligt budt 14 mia euro – svarende til 104 mia kroner.Det er ikke kun danske DSV, der har budt på den tyske transport gigant. Et konsortium ledet af kapitalfonden CVC Capital Partners har angiveligt lagt et tilsvarende separat bud, samt et alternativt bud, hvor den tyske stat geninvesterer tre mia. euro i DB Schenker og opnår en aktiepost på 25 pct. Ole Søeberg, investor og direktør i Nordic Investment Partners, mener umiddelbart, at CVCs bud er et mulehår foran.”For den tyske stat, er det er ikke nødvendigvis pengene, det går ud på, men også jobs. Det tilbud, som CVC er kommet med, vil være bedre for beskæftigelsen i Tyskland. Men der er jo ikke noget offentligt omkring det her endnu, så der er en hel masse ting nede i suppen, vi overhovedet ikke ved noget om. Og det kan godt være, at DSV er i stand til at forhandle noget andet på plads.
