Starting the new year new you early. New teeth, day 1 of invisalign...already annoying. Could be the best diet fix because eating is a pain and random snacking is out the door. Hypoxia training. It's like altitude training without having to go anywhere. Might of almost passed out twice but its pretty amazing! Getting back into card games.
