Invitations

Our words leave our mouth in search of their equivalent to bring back to us whether we like it or not. Knowing this, we can start to treat our conversations and the words that we use like invitations. On this episode we talk about some of the ways I've used my words as positive invitations in my life with my health and my relationship with my youngest daughter. As we enter into a new year I invite you as well, to start to use your words as invitations knowing full well that they will bring to you the things that you claim most often.
