Het gaat niet lukken om 30 tot 40 zero-emissiezones in te voeren per 1 januari 2025, maar waar ligt dat aan? En autoritten verplaatsen naar de combinatie fiets-OV? Het kan, maar we moeten er geen wonderen van verwachten... ZE-zones De invoering van zero-emissiezones in Nederland hapert. Per 1 januari zijn er niet 'meer dan 30', maar slechts 16 gemeenten met een ZE-zone. Dat en meer staat in een nieuw rapport van Natuur & Milieu. Te gast is Nienke Onnen, programmaleider Mobiliteit bij Natuur & Milieu. Model shift Maximaal 3,4 procent van de autoritten kan met effectieve beleidsmaatregelen verschuiven naar de combinatie van fiets en openbaar vervoer.
