You can tell me if you if you think the connection is too loose, but I couldn't help but notice the Tzara'as that appears both on the Chalitzah sandal in our Daf this Shabbos and on the Tzadeikes in our Parsha. Why does the Torah command us to remember Miriam's disgrace every single day? She was a Tzadeikes and this just seems like a Bizayon. Could the Torah not find another way to warn us against speaking Lashon HaRa without shaming such a special woman?
