We are joined by Iona, Co-Founder of the renowned South London florist Sage Flowers and now operations manager at the incredible and inclusive hair salon Salt. She is a runner, partner, author and mum of two young boys. Iona has also recently started a new venture, Overstand Agency. Just - wow.
