Iowa Player with Heart: Jayden Timp

Jayden Timp was chosen as a Beck's Player with Heart for her commitment and passion on and off the field, court, and track. In school, she is involved in volleyball, basketball, track, and softball, and is also an active member of SODA, National Honor Society, and Student Government, and serves as President of her FFA chapter. The thing she loves most about high school sports and activities is forming connections with all of her teammates as well as learning life skills such as time management, communication, and responsibility. In her community, Jayden is in involved in Catholic Heart Work Camp, 4-H, Winneshiek County 4-H Council, and is vice president of Winneshiek County Youth Beef Team. To her, agriculture is more than just farming, it’s about growing and sustaining life. she says it connects people to the land, teaches patience and hard work, and shows how our daily choices affect the environment. Jayden believes agriculture is about learning skills that prepare you for life and making a positive impact on the world around you.
