Natalie Steele was selected as a Beck's Player with Heart because of her involvement and dedication to her school, sports, and community. Natalie plays volleyball and tennis, and is involved in National Honor Society, FFA, FCA, SkillsUSA, Club America, Faith and Friends, and Key Club. Natalie enjoys the team and social aspects of these activities and knows the hard work and dedication it takes to be successful. She also appreciates the skills she's learned, such as leadership, communication, and time management, that will help her in the future. In her community, Natalie is involved in Iowa Alliance Volleyball, 4-H Teen Council, and rec-league volleyball. She is also president of her 4-H chapter and coaches elementary/middle school volleyball. Natalie shows her commitment to the agriculture industry through her family farm. Agriculture has provided a way of life for her family for six generations, and they strongly believe in taking care of the land and preserving soil for future generations. Agriculture has taught Natalie the value of hard work, determination, and resilience, providing food, fuel, and jobs for many. Natalie plans to play tennis in college and study secondary education, returning to her community after graduation to work at a local school and help on her family's farm.
