Iowa Primary Election Preview
from ITR Live: Iowa Politics and Conservative Policy · host Iowans for Tax Relief
In this episode of ITR Live, we take a look at recent election results in Texas, and their implication for school choice reforms not only in the Lone Star State, but across the country. We think bring the conversation back to Iowa politics, with our state's primary elections coming up on Tuesday, June 4th. Although there is no statewide primary, there are still several races we are tracking. Looking ahead to the general election in November, Democrats appear to have settled on a strategy to deflect blame away from themselves on inflation: Corporate Greed. John and Chris take a look at this strategy and try to figure out if this part of a serious governing proposal, or just an attempt to core cheap political points. Also, if this "corporate greed" mantra is in fact serious policy, then what does that really mean? What could we expect in a hypothetical Biden second term?
