On Wednesday, January 29, a subcommittee of the the Iowa Senate Committee on State Government heard public testimony on our Article V application. A few heavy-hitters showed up to testify, including the Family Leader as a proponent and the AFL-CIO as an opponent. The subcommittee agreed to advance the bill to the full committee by a vote of 2-1.
