Ihr ganzes Leben lang hat Tanja sich anders gefühlt. In der Schule war sie eine gute Schülerin, durfte aber nicht aufs Gymnasium, weil sie als „zu sensibel“ galt. Später im Berufsleben fühlt sie sich schnell unterfordert. Doch erst Jahre später, als ihre Tochter psychisch erkrankt und schließlich als hochbegabt diagnostiziert wird, beginnt Tanja zu ahnen, dass die Antwort vielleicht auch etwas mit ihr selbst zu tun haben könnte. Mit 45 Jahren sitzt Tanja beim Diagnostiker und hört einen Satz, der alles ändert: Ihr IQ liegt bei 145 - das ist nicht nur hoch- sondern höchstbegabt.
