Their goal is to collect, preserve and emanate Irish music in America. These archives are available to the public for research. Contact Ward Irish Music Archives via their website for appointments and inquiries. 6:40 About Irish Fest Summer School: This year-round school began in 2002. It serves to educate its students about Irish culture. Classes inlcude: language, crafts, music, history, and genealogy. Click here for a list of teachers. 16:45 Prices: The prices are very affordable. They average under $20 per hour. 18:10 When do classes begin? These classes begin the week prior to the festival. It is highly recommended that you register early. 19:12 Kid’s Camp: This runs Tues-Thursday. It allows the children of students to also get exposure to the Irish cultural lessons. It is open for kids ages 7-12. Each day includes smaller Irish cultural lessons and activities- and ends with tea time! 22:40 Milwaukee Irish Fest: This massive Festival has Irish sports, kid’s area, 17 music stages, food and more.
