Episode No. 5 of the Irish Illustrated Interviews podcast series features Ryan Harris, a former Notre Dame offensive lineman who played for the Fighting Irish from 2003 to 2006. The Denver Broncos selected him in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He did separate three stints in Denver, which included winning Super Bowl 50, and also played for the Houston Texans, Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers before retiring in 2016. Harris first tasted a modicum of fame before even arriving at Notre Dame when he was featured on MTV's True Life documentary series in an episode titled, "I Want the Perfect Body." The conversations also run through his time in broadcasting, which includes working as an analyst for Notre Dame Radio, CBS Sports, and Westwood One. Of course, we also get his thoughts on Peyton Manning, Marcus Freeman, and Brady Quinn and touch on several other topics.
