Hailing from Ireland, Keith travelled back and forth training at 10th Planet Decatur, Alabama with Brandon, and his Jiu Jitsu knowledge and teaching skills are second to none. Jiu Jitsu is just one of Keith's passions; he also runs a multimedia company. We talk to Keith about his Jiu Jitsu journey, his teaching approach, and his tips for improving your game.
