Iron Fist Episode 3 Review Podcast "Rolling Thunder Cannon Punch" Spoiler filled Synopsis Written by: Quinton Peeples Directed by: Tom Shankland Now on the run after escaping Birch Psychiatric Hospital Danny Rand ( Finn Jones ) seeks refuge in the Chikara Dojo. It’s owner Colleen Wing ( Jessica Henwick ) is unhappy about her new lodger but as she’s in serious debt she accepts Danny on the promise of financial relief until he begins to cause controversy with her students. With Danny gone from the Dojo and the need for additional money Wing calling herself the daughter of the dragon turns to illegal street fighting to bring in the much needed cash. In a penthouse apartment across the city Harold Meachum ( David Wenham ) has other problems when he is visited by a very intimidating guest who wants to know why he left his penthouse and reiterates that he must hold up his part of the deal between them. Meanwhile Danny meets up with one of his father’s former legal secretaries to discuss his case against the Meachum’s. Formerly known by Danny as J-Money the secretary is now a partner in her own law firm and is willing to work pro-bono in return for being held on retainer with Rand Enterprises but more importantly just to give the Meachums what she feels they deserve. As Jeryn Hogarth ( Carrie-Anne Moss ) is on the case it won’t be long until Danny wins back his honour. Whilst at Rand Enterprises to thrash out the legal case an overheard phone conversation between Ward Meachum ( Tom Pelphrey ) and an unknown caller leads Danny to tail Ward to a plush, downtown apartment block where all is not what it seems.
