Is 73% of Black Children Born Out-of-Wedlock An Attack On Single Mothers?

Whether it's DON LEMON, ANN COULTURE, or BLACK SOCRATES, himself, discussing the 72% of Black children currently being born outside of marriage, many BLACK'S respond with the amazing job their single mother did raising them.  The question becomes, why does the blame fall on SINGLE BLACK MOTHERS versus the fathers, or the AFRICAN-AMERICAN community as a whole?
