What things should I consider when voting? [4:02] Question 2 I have a question for you about Heaven. At church you said everyone is going to heaven, but I was taught that there is going to be 144,000 to rule in heaven and after judgment Day. Other people are going to be brought back from the dead and live on the new earth. ▶ I need some help understanding the 144,000 rule fully explained. Thank you. I attended the Alpha course. [11:25] Question 3 Are ghosts real? In the Bible they thought Jesus was a ghost walking on the water. Again after He rose from the dead. I've never thought they are a real thing. But disciples seem to think so. Curious what you think. ▶ Should I believe in ghosts? [16:12] Question 4 ▶ I get the privilege to preach once a month at my church and it always seems to encourage people and I do my best to honor the scriptures but the following Monday I have this overwhelming imposters syndrome feeling, and feel super attacked spiritually. Do other preachers get attacked spiritually? How can I better guard my mind against this attack? [21:06] Question 5 ▶ What is your opinion of a cross versus a crucifix? Some people say that they don’t wear a crucifix because Jesus is off the cross and we shouldn’t put him back on it. I'm just curious about your stance, are crucifixes and crosses different? [30:21] Question 6 How, as Christians, is it possible to promote the right to freedom but take away that right to people of the pride community? This is something I continue to struggle with. ▶ Should Christians accept the pride community? [35:20] Question 7 The "Will Christianity be a minority faith by 2070 video was interesting!" I didn’t hear this in the video but I KNOW Tim’s got an answer (that’s why I’m here!). Tim mentions the violence in places like the UK where religions are often at odds with each other. He, correctly I imagine, notes Christianity could save us from the same fate (and we need saving!). ▶ In this country of religious freedom, can Christianity save our country? Would we be better off with no religion at all? Christianity is also a lightning rod for issues (historically). How do we know it’s the cure? [42:31] Question 8 ▶ I watched your "How to explain predestination in the Bible" video and have a question. In regard to Romans 8:29, "we are predestined to be conformed", I heard someone say onetime: "Yes, but one doesn’t have to conform so they have the free will not to be conformed." Is correct? Isn’t predestination a Calvinist teaching? [49:04] Question 9 ▶ I am curious about why you discourage your flock to use their gifts of the Holy Spirit and the authority to Battle Satan with the authority given to us by Our LORD as referenced in Mark 15: 16-20? I'm just wondering why you don't operate like a 5-fold ministry gifts? Speaking in tongues during service doesn't seem like it should be an interruption because God's always going to have an interpreter present. [57:00] Question 10 ▶ Can a false prophets still make predictions? How can Nostradamus, who predicted down to the year of the Queen of England’s passing, still give accurate prophecies and how? [1:01:40] BONUS QUESTION: ▶ I was surprised to read in Luke 21:33 that "heaven...will pass away." I thought that heaven was eternal. Is it as temporary as this earth?
