Sixty-six percent report equal productivity from any location, and 65% say AI improves remote customer service. A disconnect exists between IT leaders, 91% of whom believe AI is used effectively, and employees, with only 53% agreeing. Generational data shows high reported productivity gains from AI across age groups.
