Is Artificial Intelligence A.I. the Beast?

The speculation surrounding the end of the world is far and wide. There is no doubt we have begun the tribulations. Many things have started, but the one thing we are waiting for is the coming forth of the Beast that is spoken of in Revelations. This creature will spring to life from a statue. It will become a thing of worship, and millions will bow down to it. It will be the pet of the Antichrist, but in reality what is the beast? Could it be something more than a statue? Could the revelator have meant an automaton? Could he have meant A.I.?
