Lauren is a journalist and author, who has served as a staff reporter at Reuters and Newsday, and has written for the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, American Banker, and other publications. Since 2007, Lauren has been working on her book full-time and trying to live as cheaply as possible.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system.
