We are joined by Professor François Larocque, lawyer and Full Professor of Common Law at the University of Ottawa. Professor Larocque holds UOttawa’s Research Chair in Language Rights and Issues, which is the very first research chair in Canada dedicated to the study of minority language rights and the development of the standards that govern them, focusing on constitutional protection of French.
