Is Deadness equal to Total Inability: Rebuttal of James White

Recently Dr. White took up Dr. Flowers challenge to biblically establish the Calvinistic doctrine of Total Inability. This is Dr. Flowers, albeit lengthy, point by point rebuttal from the scripture. Notice that Dr. White never does answer the passages that Dr. Flowers brought up in his original challenge. He doesn't even attempt to explain the passages where 'deadness' is clearly not used to connote moral inability.
