Is Deportation Immoral?

One of President Trumps hallmark policies will be to secure the southern border and begin deporting those here illegally. The plan is to start with the thousands of criminals here committing crimes, but the question will be, should we deport those who are not criminals – especially if it means separating families? Many in the church will object claiming it is immoral, and we have an obligation to help those in need, even though this action will be reinstituting laws properly passed years ago but disregarded by the Biden Administration. In this episode Mark explains what the Bible teaches regarding how we treat people in need 1 on 1 vs how we treat people in the civil arena.
