Is enough being done to reduce homelessness in L.A. County?

The homeless count will be released later this afternoon, but we know the numbers are going up for the first time in a couple of years. Is enough being done to reduce the numbers, and what steps need to be taken? Adam Murray, the CEO of Inner City Law Center, a non-profit poverty law firm serving the most vulnerable individuals and families in Los Angeles, talks about it with L.A.'s Morning News.
