Is Europe at risk of another major power outage?

An unprecedented blackout brought much of Spain and Portugal to a standstill on Monday. Pending an official explanation of what caused the incident, we spoke with Euronews' senior energy and environment correspondent Robert Hodgson to understand what exactly went wrong. We also asked whether Europe could be hit by another, similar outage. What regions are most at risk?
