Shortly after being married he had the opportunity to manage a large cattle ranch in Wyoming where he started learning about regenerative agriculture. At the same time he and his wife became passionate about health and nutrition and healing the body through food. This transferred over to their love of cattle and agriculture, which ignited a passion for learning how to raise grassfed beef that was both tender and flavorful while incorporating sound, holistic nutritional practices for the animal.
