Is Healthcare a Human Right? | Lanhee Chen

Hoover Institution's Lanhee Chen returns to survey the current state of the American healthcare system, including Medicare/Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, and private insurance programs — along with new path breaking models, like Direct Primary Care. We discuss policy reforms that could bring much needed transparency and simplicity to care delivery. And we discuss why "choice and access for all" is a better way to think about healthcare policy as opposed to calling it a "human right."
