Recipes below. Cocktail 3/4 oz Bourbon3/4 oz Grand Marnier1/2 oz Galiano1/2 oz Aperol Campari1/4 oz Lemon JuiceAdd all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel. Cocktail 2 oz Rye Whiskey3/4 oz - 1 oz Lemon juice3/4 oz - 1 oz Simple syrup1 egg white1/2 tsp Absinthe for rinseAdd the absinthe to a chilled coupe or martini glass. Add the remaining ingredients except the absinthe to a shaker with no ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Open the shaker and add ice and shake again until well chilled. Swirl the absinthe around your prepared glass and dump any excess. Double strain the shaker contents into the glass.#doitforginny
