Intel launched the Core Ultra Series 3 processors using its 18A manufacturing process, featuring a chiplet-based architecture with compute, platform controller, and graphics tiles produced by both Intel and TSMC. The lineup includes variants with up to 16 CPU cores and 12 GPU cores, and offers up to 60 percent faster multi-core CPU performance and 77 percent faster integrated GPU performance compared to previous models. The processors include a neural processing unit capable of 50 trillion operations per second, support Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and up to four Thunderbolt 4 ports, and are designed for modern business laptops and workstations.
