God has something for everybody to do in this life. Read the Bible and we find that it's Love God and Love People. We can add Live Right, Reveal the Light (Jesus). It's that simple. BUT sometimes our desire for greater significance takes us to places and pursuits God has no desire for us to grasp for. If propelled by narcissism, we can easily mistake our yearning for "personal greatness" as a "call of God." Dangerous territory, my friend.
