As I clicked Heather's day 4 week 2 of 12 week home workout 1.0 program link, I got really excited, you may ask why. It was under 30 minutes and I visualized being done with the HIIT workout in under 30 minutes.

When my grandson surprised me with the short video call, my joy and inspiration knew no bounds. I paused my warming up session, gave and received undivided attention from each other. Thank you God. Now back to warm up and today's intention or Sankalpam as said in Sanskrit language was this, oh God, I want to remember the names from the first and the second round of exercises in sequence.

I want to feel assured that after I complete the cooldown, I will remember all the names in sequence. You see, there are small small things that bother us, but if you sit with that small small things, be kind, be compassionate and want to know what that small thing is, like a baby, I promise you, you will have less anxiety and less money. Okay. Alright, that's it, I moved on.

I realized that I started paying attention to warm up moves also. During warm up, we did the Mountain Climber exercise. I started naming what is already not named, okay? There was another leg move where unlike Heather, who would rotate her thighs 360 degrees, I would do 108 degrees and place my toe on the ground after that.

Coming to the main exercise rounds, in order to remember for the first round, I gave an acronym and the number to each exercise and would say it aloud while doing the exercise. I did my best to create a new system, have fun and recall the names. I have absolutely no interest in checking for the correctness today. I leave it to my audience to click the link.

I give the link to that particular day's YouTube link to Heather's 1.0 exercise, Wami program and I want you to let me know how I performed. Okay, first round exercise, SS1, Site Shuffle SK2, Squat and Kick SB3, Shadowboxing, TP4, BJ4, Burpee Jax, SCP5, Squat Girl, Push, SSK6, Speed Skater, PR7, Plank Rocker. For the second round, when I learned the names corresponding to nouns, I visualized funny scenes in order to remember. To give you an example, I started visualizing penguins and frogs, put it in a suitcase in Russia.

Hence, I was able to recall easily. These were the second round of exercises, Box Crunch, Penguin Crunch, Frog Crunch, Russian Twist. I think I missed one. My compassionate Lolita is showing up too and said, it's okay Lolita, you just missed one, no problem.

Now it's your turn. Just searching the internet for any workout program. That may be for 10 or 20 minutes targeting apps or upper body or core, senior citizens workout, whatever, low intensity or high intensity, whatever you want, okay? And how much of a duration you want.
