Here's what she want's to know, "I am currently TTC and taking a prenatal vitamin that includes choline (One A Day prenatal advanced). I have listened to your show and you often recommend CoQ10. Would it be beneficial for me to add C0Q10? Is it safe to take with prenatal vitamins?"
