Is It Too Late to Start Over?

Well, buckle up because this episode is a whole situation. Josh drops a major life announcement...he's moving back to Texas, trading Tampa for a farm with cows, goats, chickens, and a curtain instead of a bedroom door. Yes, really. We're unpacking the midlife crisis in real time, talking about what it means to hit a breaking point, ask for help, and finally decide to chase the dream you've been too scared to go after. We also get into some health updates (including a plot twist involving chlamydia), celebrate some genuinely incredible wins with Mounjaro, and somehow end up talking about Buzz Lightyear twerking on people's graves in Fortnite. Because that's just who we are. Plus: Josh meets a content creator he's obsessed with, Steph refuses to go anywhere near her, Charles Doughwin may or may not be dead, and we tease a very chaotic road trip to Chicago that you are NOT going to want to miss. This one gets real, gets funny, and as always, it gets a little unhinged. As it should. If this episode speaks to you, share it with someone who needs to hear it. And if you haven't already, hit subscribe so you never miss the chaos.
