Is it worth it to cut things like Neighbourhood Decision Making to try to bring down London's property tax increase?

A Mayor's Working Group is going to begin to examine ways to make cuts to the city budget beginning on June 26. One of the items that has been mentioned on the possible cut list is "Neighbourhood Decision Making". 980 CFPL's Mike Stubbs talks with former councillor and current CEO of Pillar Non-profit, Maureen Cassidy about whether a cut like that will have any kind of impact at all and what it could mean if it actually takes place.
