Is Limusa Numsa's replacement?

We saw last week, the Progressive Block' of COSATU fail to get the federation' special congress to discuss the expulsion of Numsa and Zwelinzima Vavi. the debate on their expulsion did not make it to the agenda of the federation's special National Congress. Cosatu President Sdumo Dlamini called on members of the 8 unions sympathetic to expelled NUMSA and general secretary Zwelinzima, to free themselves from Numsa. the question being asked by many south africans is: Has the new kid on the block "Limusa" replaced Numsa as Cosatu's official metalworkers union.
