She has over a decade of experience in human resources working in the non-profit, private, and federal sectors. While in the federal sector, she had a unique opportunity to merge her human resources expertise with disaster response work. Yoreim has been involved in multiple national disaster and humanitarian missions, from deploying to Puerto Rico during Hurricane Maria to supporting CDC and OMB/White House leadership behind the scenes during the COVID-19 response efforts. She currently serves as the HR lead for her agency, managing a volunteer workforce that supports Departmental or interagency emergencies due to public health or humanitarian crises.
