Is My Catholic Friend a Christian? (part 1)

When I was posting about The Chosen earlier this year, I received a LOT of comments expressing concern about some of cast members being Roman Catholic and participating on the Hallow app (a Roman Catholic prayer app). I thought that this would be a good opportunity to discuss the complex relationship between Protestants and Roman Catholics. This will be a 2-part discussion. Part 1 will provide an overview of the subject focusing on beliefs that we have in common. Part 2 will include an interview with theologian, Kenneth Samples, about the distinctives between Protestants and Roman Catholics.
