Is New Apostolic Governance a Myth?

If you have ever heard of the New Apostolic Reformation, you might have heard the name C. Peter Wagner. He is credited for coining this term and he believed that a second apostolic age began in 2001. One of the fundamental beliefs surrounding this movement is the restoration of the office of the Apostle and with that, governing authority. However, as of late, there are individuals who deny this movement exists, claiming it is a conspiracy theory on par with the Illuminati. Those who acknowledge it are called hypercritics, jealous, and embittered because they simply do not have the power of the Holy Spirit demonstrated in their personal lives.  But what if there is solid evidence this movement exists?
