This public policy forum consists of presentations and a panel discussion on issues pertaining to more equitable school aid system for New York, co-sponsored by School of Public Affairs, Center for Governmental Research (CGR), and Citizens Budget Commission (CBC). Douglas Muzzio, Co-Director, Center for Innovation& Leadership in Government and Professor at Baruch College welcomes the speakers and participants.
